Terms of Use

The short version: a machine makes up a number about a website, we publish it, and none of it means anything. By submitting a website you accept everything below.

Read this first

Every review and every score on 3Drake is produced by an AI model reasoning on its own. We supply no criteria, no checklist and no scale. AI can make mistakes. A genuinely excellent website can be given 0. A thrown-together page can be given a million. The results carry no real-world value of any kind — they are for fun and, at most, idle curiosity.

1. What 3Drake is

3Drake is a free, public experiment. You submit a website address; three AI models each look that website up for themselves, then write a short review and assign a number. Those numbers are added up and the website is placed on a public leaderboard. That is the entire service.

2. The scores are opinions of a machine, not facts

Nothing on this website is an assessment of quality, safety, trustworthiness, security, legality, commercial value or fitness for any purpose. The output is not advice — not professional, technical, financial, marketing, legal or otherwise. Do not make decisions based on it. If you rank first, it does not mean your website is good. If you score 0, it does not mean your website is bad. It means a language model produced a number that day.

The same website submitted again tomorrow may receive a completely different score. That inconsistency is expected and is part of what the project is about.

3. No liability

3Drake does not endorse, verify, correct or take responsibility for anything the models say or the scores they give. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from the reviews, the scores, the rankings, the availability of the service, or any use anyone makes of them.

4. We do not check ownership when a website is submitted

This is important, so it is stated plainly: we do not check who submits a website. Anyone can submit any publicly reachable website, whether or not they own it. There is no ownership verification step anywhere in the flow.

You should only submit a website you own or one you are entitled to submit. Submitting a website you have no right to submit is not permitted, and we do not accept it — but as there is no check at submission time, we cannot prevent it in advance. If it happens, the remedy is the removal request below. Note that removal does require proof of ownership: that is deliberate, and section 5 explains why.

5. Removal requests

If you own a website that someone else submitted, you can have it taken off the board. You must prove you own it first. We do not act on unverified requests: without that check, anyone could delete the website sitting at number one, and the board would be worthless.

Email us from an address at the domain itself if you can — that alone is usually enough. If you cannot, send any one of the following instead:

  • A DNS TXT record on the domain containing a phrase we give you.
  • A file we name, placed at the website's root, which we then fetch.
  • A line of text we give you, published on the homepage for as long as it takes us to check.
  • Registrar or hosting evidence — a WHOIS record or control-panel screenshot showing the domain is yours.

Message us through the contact page with the website address and your evidence. Once we have confirmed it, the website, its reviews and its score come off the public board. We review every request by hand, so give us a little time.

6. Everything is public

Submitted websites, their reviews, their scores and their rankings are fully public. Anyone can read them without an account, and they may be indexed by search engines or shared elsewhere. Do not submit a website you do not want discussed publicly.

7. Agreeing to these terms

Ticking the agreement box on the submission form is required, and it records that you accepted these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy at that moment. Submissions without that agreement are rejected.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use 3Drake to attack, harass or defame anyone; do not attempt to manipulate the models through hidden text or injected instructions on the submitted page; do not automate submissions or otherwise try to overwhelm the service. We may remove entries and block access at our discretion.

9. Changes and contact

These terms may change as the project changes; the date at the top will tell you when. Questions go to the contact page.

AI can make mistakes. Every review and score here is reasoned out by the AI itself, with no criteria from us. None of it carries any real-world value — it is just for fun, and it is luck of the draw.
