Privacy Policy

There is no account system here, so there is very little to collect. This page says exactly what we do keep and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

The website address you submit, plus the public page content we read from it — title, description, favicon and visible text.
Your email address, only if you choose to give one. It is optional and used for exactly one thing: sending you the result of that submission.
Your agreement to the terms, recorded as a yes and a timestamp when you submit.
Basic access logs — IP address, approximate country, browser user agent, referring page and the path you visited — used to keep the service running and to limit abuse.
Click counts on outbound links from the leaderboard, as a total per website. We count the click, not the person.
Contact form messages, if you send one — your name, email, subject and message.

There is no account, no password and no payment, so we never collect any of those.

2. What becomes public

The submitted website address, its title, description, favicon, the model reviews, the scores, the rank and the click count are all public. Anyone can read them and search engines may index them.

Your email address is never published, never shown on the leaderboard or the result pages, and never sold, rented or shared for marketing. Neither are access logs or contact messages.

3. Third parties

To produce a review, the public content of the submitted page is sent to the AI providers whose models do the scoring — Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT) and Google (Gemini). Only the page material is sent. Your email address is never sent to them.

We also use an IP geolocation lookup to record an approximate country in our access logs, and an email provider to deliver result emails.

4. Cookies

We use a session cookie and a CSRF cookie, which are required for the submission form to work securely. Your light or dark theme preference is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep things

Reviews and scores are kept indefinitely, because comparing how models judged the same website over time is the point of the project. Access logs are kept only as long as they are useful for operating the service. Emails supplied for results are kept with the submission they belong to.

6. Removing your data

To have an email address removed from our records, just ask through the contact page — we will delete it.

To have a website taken off the board along with its reviews and score, you must first prove you own it. That check protects everyone on the board: without it, anyone could remove any website, including one that is not theirs. The accepted forms of proof are listed in section 5 of the Terms of Use.

7. Children

3Drake is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions go to the contact page.

AI can make mistakes. Every review and score here is reasoned out by the AI itself, with no criteria from us. None of it carries any real-world value — it is just for fun, and it is luck of the draw.
